16 Weeks!

Baby Wooldridge is now 16 weeks old!  We went to the doctor yesterday.  The baby's heartbeat was strong (in the 150's).  The doctor said we have a very active baby.  On May 28, we will go back for another ultrasound.  Then, we will know if it's time to buy pink or blue!

Our Baby at Eleven Weeks

Today was our second doctor's appointment!  Dr. Delacey began by using the doppler monitor.  I was super nervous because we couldn't hear the baby's heartbeat.  Because of this, he took me in to do an ultrasound.  I was glad Brock was there with me.  We were shocked when we saw our baby flipping around like crazy.  I was so relieved!  It was hilarious to watch all of the twisting and turning.  The baby's arms and legs were everywhere.  It looks like we will have a gymnast. I'm extremely grateful to God for a healthy baby and a great turnout to our visit.

On February 22, we were surprised and thrilled with news that we were expecting!  Our first doctor's appointment was on March 13th.  At that appointment, we saw our baby for the very first time.  The baby's heartbeat was very strong- 152 beats per minute and measured 1.52 cm. It was an amazing experience!
