Watching the last Oprah
Watching the last Oprah was an experience. We went to Meredith's for this historical event. 3 babies and Lane- we watched as much as we didn't watch!

First 2011 "Swim"
Today when we arrived home from Mother's Day lunch, our neighbor called to invite us swimming. It was Luke's naptime, but we decided to go anyway. We weren't in the water two minutes before he was asleep. He slept for 2 and a half hours on me in the pool and laying out in the chair. When we got up to leave, he woke up. This is why there are no pictures of him swimming! Maybe next time.

Amazing
A few weeks ago, Brock told me I was getting a surprise and I would love it. I had no idea what it could be and didn't know who it was from. The day before Easter I heard Teddy Joe and Brock talking about something. I asked and Teddy Joe turned and showed me this amazing picture. HE DREW IT! I love art, even more so when it is of my baby, and even more so when it is made by someone I know. I am so thankful to him for taking the time to do this. I sent a text to him this week of Luke's flower painting telling him Luke was following in his footsteps. I sure hope he does!
FYI: If you haven't heard, four days after our Easter fun, Teddy Joe was diagnosed with AML. He, Amber, their boys, and family need all the prayers you pray. They are at MD Anderson in Houston getting great care. Their road is long, but all faith is in God to heal him. We can't wait for another game of baseball with everybody!
Playtime at Ava's House
Tonight we celebrated Bryce's birthday with lots of desserts. They were all fabulous. Luke got to play with his good friend Ava and Brian and Trish's niece, Lexie.
Art and Stroll
Last night, we went downtown for Art and Stroll. We loved it. There was great music, art, food, and fun. Luke walked all over Pruett Street!

My Little Artist
Yesterday, I took Luke to school and we did an art project inspired by Rena! He wasn't crazy about getting his hand painted, but he didn't find putting his hand down to make flowers. I am ready to do another one!
